apt-offline-gui software package provides offline APT package manager - GUI, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install apt-offline-gui
apt-offline-gui is installed in your system.
Make ensure the apt-offline-gui package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep apt-offline-gui *
You will get with apt-offline-gui package name, version, architecture and description in a table
